I haven't experienced that as a trigger personally, but anxiety is such an individualized thing. There is such a wide variety of ways that it can manifest itself and things, situations, places, times, etc. that can led us to be anxious. Congratulations though and great job on recognizing what was happening, changing the channel, and talking yourself through it!!
Hmmm, Scaredy Cat's post made me think of something. Flashing lights.... Seizures.... It's probably not relevant, but what was that thing a while back with the Japanese video games and flashing lights causing seizures or something?
