Hello to all! Since I have heard so much about
, and even recommended, Moodgym I thought that I'd better try it out myself. I have worked CBT with a private therapist, one on one, but have never done an on-line version.
I will keep you updated on my findings as I progress. I think that one can always work on improving mental health. Although I am really feeling good about the strides that I have made in my A/P, I would like to work on being less irritable and being more optimistic. I am hoping to learn more about myself, why I do and feel the things that I do, and how to improve things in my life that need it.
So far here are my fidings:
-I found the site easily by simply googling Moodgym.
-The program is easy to navigate (even 4 me-seriously computer challenged)
-Looks great for help with depression (not so much my issue) Hopefully it will cover more anxiety issues later as well.
-The program is interesting, humorous and current.
-It is FREE, go at your own pace, and can be done at home!
If no one minds, I'll occasionally post on future findings and encourage others to give it a try;)
TTYL8R everybody,
Scaredy Cat
