Yes, depending on my anxiety levels, weather can affect me too. I used to love a good thunderstorm (spent many childhood summers in Texas) and was never scared..in fact I found them exhilarating. Now when the weather turns nasty, I feel unsettled. Not suprising though. People with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) become depressed when not exposed to enough sunlight. So it would make sense that weather could also affect A/Pers as well.
Try to make the best of it, and take advantage of fall/winter weather blessings. enjoy some cocoa or cider, treat yourself to a new pair of cozy slippers, bundle up and listen to a favorite c.d. ect...
