Scared of a new feeling

Hi, I need some help right now, I am currently taking effexor xr daily and it has helped me alot I heve been feeling pretty normal lately but, this morning I woke up feeling soo tired like if I wanted to just sleep, I feel my eyes so heavy too and I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced this.  I also have noted that I have had bad dreams this week almost every day.. i mean they're not nightmares but bad dreams such as blood, dirty water stuff like that. I guess I am confused in regard to my feelings are they normal? feeling so tired and sleepy?
