i work weekdays and hardly cook on those days. when weekend comes, there are times when i'd like to cook, but sometimes after going marketing itself, i feel tired and thinking of the cooking process gave me a headache/anxiety (depending if its a simple dish or something that needs a little more time/work to get prepared)...
i use to enjoy doing these things at leisurely time during weekends...multitasking as i cook and do the laundry... but its like now at times the mind starts racing with all the chores that is still pending and then i feel like not doing anything at all and just getting out of the house and have a walk in the park and just enjoy a cup of my favourite drink.
how do i get simple things done without the mind racing to find other stuff to do?
i'm quite a homely person when i'm not working and find pleasure in the little things like cleaning my room, home decor and stuff...but anxiety is someting that made me feel "tired" mentally before i actually get started on doing the task that i wanna do...
