k i'm sitting here watching a movie with my son. i feel drowsy like i did before bed. i probably got 7 hours of sleep before my son woke me up at 7:30 a.m. k it's 11:45 now and i'm soooo sleepy. it actually brought on anxiety cause i'm thinking what is making me sooo drowsy? low blood pressure? sooo weird since i just woke up a few hours ago. well i'm sitting by my heater and i'm relaxed. sooooo stupid and annoying. guess cause i hardly ever feel like this during the day.
couldn't just be tired. something else has to be wrong. that's how my mind works. guess i'll take a nap. ha
anyone else ever do this?
