Yes, I remember the first couple of times that I had the a/p return on me. I was so bummed out. I felt like just giving up. I felt like what's the point in doing all of this work anyway?
Along the way though I learned that A/P is a journey, and the healing process is not always linear. I also learned that a setback is not my fault. (I don't think that I consciously thought this, but it was a burried feeling.) There are a lot of factors that go into it! Hormones, life circumstances, energy levels, emotional state, ect...
I am feeling stressed right now too, and although I'm not having attacks, I still have to really use my tools to maintain! Prioritize your recovery and keep up the fight, things will be better soon:)
