Kitt
Hi first time I have had the time to check in to the forum in a while. What a pleasant surprise to see a post for me that has really cheered me up thanks Kitt it's nice to know I have your support.
Things are mental at the moment and really feeling stressed/anxious and my mood is all over the place. This whole work fiasco is really beginning to hot up and is having a massive impact on my mental health and health in general. Feeling weird at the moment very light headed and every time I move suddenly I feel very dizzy and get blurry vision which is a worry???.
I have a meeting with my employer next week and I am in the process of talking with my union and not sure weather I will agree to this meeting yet. They have made their intensions clear and want to redeploy me so really do need a strong response from my union. I am gearing myself up for a battle but it is going to be a very tough few weeks and I am still not sure which way it will go.
I saw my psychiatrist last week and he has upped my medication to see if that will help with the anxiety so also dealing with the effects of that at the moment. 2011 so far has not been a good year which is a real shame as before all this kicked off I was doing well but anxiety takes no prisoners.
I will try my best to pop in as often as I can and update to how things are going and reply to some posts if I can. Thanks again Kitt you are a star and have brightened up my day so thanks. Hope all is well with you my friend? take care.
Your friend

Hi Ben, so glad that you checked in! I am truly sorry that the work situation has turned into such a source of anxiety for you. I know that it is so frustrating especially since you were starting to feel strong recently!
You are still strong, just being tested at the moment. I wanted to reassure you that the lighthead/dizzy feeling and the blurry vision are all huge symptoms for me when I really get buried with anxiety. Even though I have gone many months without an actual attack, I still have isolated physical symptoms, and these are the 'tri-fecta' if you will!
Could it also be a side effect from upping your meds? Maybe check with your dr. to be safe.
I hope you continue to check in, and let us know how it's going when you can. We are here:)
S.C.
