I feel anxious at lunch time.
I'm still in High school and I feel like everyone is always looking at me.
My friends that I sit with at lunch has recently told me she needed a break from our friendship.
Therefore, I've been eating by myself at the end of a random table.
I feel like people are watching me even more because I am sitting by myself.
I get the worst stomach aches in the world when I get very anxious, I would love if I could get rid of the stomach aches.
Help anyone?
