Your right, and it's not fun in the least, but I think that the bright side is that since you are so young, this will be easier to deal with. The sooner you can get help, the sooner you can turn your fear and anxiety into power and confidence!
Please talk to your parents about
all of these concerns, maybe even show them what has been posted here, and get the help that you need.
Health anxiety is treatable. I've been there, but am so much better since going through therapy. (CBT) It helped me change my thinking into a positive, healthy process, and I am so relieved to be living with out (almost) all of the fear I used to have everyday
