Hi Kitt,
Thank you for your response. What I want in therapy
specifically are ways to deal with my generalized
anxiety. Ideas, a reference point and maybe something
I'm not seeing so I can try to live my life less inhibited
by my own thoughts and emotions. No, I am not looking
for an answer man or quick fix. I have grown where at
this point I realize there is a better way to live and enjoy
life ( not sweat the small stuff - especialy myself!!). I
just need someone to aid me to proceed in further
growth.
The last psychlgst I was comfortable with and seemed
like an ok person but offered little more than general
advice that was very obvious to me.
Kitt, I liked your comment about
being an observer of
your own emotions and not consumed by them - this
is the kind of insight I'm looking for.
