Hi

I am highly anxious, depressed, stressed, angry and p****d off at the moment. I am basically being stigmatized by my employer and have a real fight on my hands and things are hotting up, The next few weeks are not going to be enjoyable and looks like I am going to loose my job and become homeless as my employer provides accommodation.

I am going to fight this to the end but my mental health will suffer as a result. I really do not know what I am going to do with my life once this has all been addressed. My medication has all been increased so hopefully that will help. I have some serious thinking to do and my anxiety and depression is getting in the way.

On a positive I am trying to keep as active as I can exercising most days and trying to keep to my routine which is so important to me but my motivation is dwindling and I am at my limit.

Hibee, this has been an ordeal for you! I know that this must be wearing on you, as it has been dragging on for this long:( I am glad to hear that you are managing the stress the best that you can...good job on that!

Would it be a good idea to explore your plan 'B' options at this time in case of a negative outcome? I do not mean to sound discouraging, but being prepared for the future is always good. ( looking around for another job and place to live might also decrease your anxiety, as you will be doing something pro-active and getting your mind off the current circumstances?)

How about your support network...Are you parents able to help out just in case? Can you look into disability? (or the equivalent of it where you live?)

I wish that I could be of more help or comfort! I just hope for the best and quickest wrap up to all of this for you. Keep posting, reading, working out, listening to great music, ect...

Is it looking/feeling like Spring around your parts yet? We just came off of two weeks of rain/overcast weather, and now it is in the 70's and beautiful:) I'll send some your way my friend!

Cheers may take you up on the offer of email just had a sudden paranoid moment. Yes spring is on its way here the flowers are blooming and its getting slightly warmer went for a nice walk this morning listening to my ipod and listened to fix you by cold play a few times its a great tune and quite fitting.

Hey there my friend.  I am so sorry it has come down to this - if you are laid off do you receive some sort of worker's compensation for losing the position ?

I am worried about you as with your dx and all the hard battles you have been through in the past I am not so sure this is a battle you want to take on.  In times like this, unless it is a matter of life and death, the best thing to do may be to take a step back and decide for yourself is it really worth it?

Thanks for your support and a great quote. I am going to take this all the way as a matter of principle and have spent most of today preparing a report ready for next meeting. Thanks again Kitt I can always count on you for support and hope every thing is ok with you?
