Can anyone relate?

     So i'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled in a few days and, me and dentistry do not mix! Has anyone gone through this and have any advice for me? I'm super anxious and I'm not really sure what to expect. The main thing i'm afraid of is the anesthesia. I'm getting an IV and "laughing gas" so I'll be out but im not sure what to expect in the moment of the laughing gas and IV. I've heard it causes amnesia so I wont remember and Thats a GOOD THING! If anyone can relate tell me about your experience please!

I don't know if this applies to you or not, but when I had a root canal I used my lamaze breathing. (minus the huffing and puffing part!) I had just had my second baby, so it was still fresh in my mind!

It helped me stay focused and relaxed. I also used it afterward for pain management as I chose not to have pain relief medicine. (I was still nursing)

If you haven't had kids and don't know lamaze, you could use any relaxing breathing method that you know, and I'm sure that it would work just as well:)
