Dear Friends,

March was a extremely rough month for me but even thow there seemed, on some days, to be no  hope of pulling out the the anxiety and severe depression I can tell you today that I feel normal for the first time since March 1st.

The depression has finally lifted so  always remember there is hope.  Never give up,  believe that things will get better, even in your darkest moments  do whatever you can to make it through your trials and tribulations.

Thank you SC.  I was hoping to hear from more members as to me this is a huge success and my message was to give hope to all who fear they will never feel well again.

Great to read you are feeling better I know it has been a rough time for you but you are a fighter and its good news you are feeling much better. Hoping some nice weather is coming your way and that this coming summer is good for you take care my friend and as always I am here to support you.

Kitt, so glad you are feeling better! Even when down you are here helping the rest of us: encouraging, motivating. Yes, hope. Hope and Faith, you have to have hope and faith, or the dark days would be intolerable.

Hi Kitt,

I just popped in this Sunday afternoon and was so happy to read that you are feeling better. Lovely post on hope too. We all need to have hope in our lives along with faith that things are going to get better. And you are living proof of that.

Know that I am always here for you. Even in the darkest moments. You are a kind and compassionate person and this forum appreciates you so much as we do in depression.

I hope that you keep getting better.

Sorry to hear that you had a rough time of it.

As with so many people in the forum, I wish you the best and strength to get through it.

Taking it one day at a time is all we can do...anyway for me that's how I handle it.

that's great that you are feeling better! Hope is very important and losing it is one of the worst things ever. You give it to people all the time on here. Your advice and comments are always so kind and informative... I'm glad that March is over for your sake! and i vote we skip the whole month from now on!! we'll call is February the sequel :).
