Hi all,
I've been reading through the forum and what a great place ye've got. Just wanted to say hello as I struggle with Social Anxiety Disorder, depression. I'm having CBT and attend a mental health group but stilltruggle like now.
I was put on medication 6 months ago and it's a great help but I'd like to come off them or at least reduce them for personal reasons. I'm sleeping too much and have so much college work to do but don't have the energy to work.
Just wanted to say hi to everyone and hope to find help here....

Try a good multivitamin and add some additional vitamin C. The C alone will boost your energy. Caffeine is a no no for anxiety, try living without it.
