Hey Blu,
It sounds like you have a good handle on how to deal with your increased irritability problems. If I am out in public and a anxiety attack takes over I will signal my husband that I need to leave the area immediately and sometimes he will say it will only be 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes I am ready to crawl, slam, break windows, jump through hoops or run to get out of the anxiety provoking situation and as I try to hold back tears I want to scream at my hubby to please take me home. For me it is a frightful situation to feel so cornered.
Please do have your physician check your meds to see if they could be contributing to your feelings of anger.
