Just wondering if anyone has tried this? I have been drinking it three mornings a week for about
two weeks and have noticed a very calm even state for most of the day.
Might be worth a shot. Before I go to bed at night I put one ounce of dried oatstraw herb in a quart mason jar and then fill to the brim with boiling water, tightly cap and let sit overnight. In the morning strain, removing plant material and drink the liquid.
Just my latest kick since powering down the vitamins, they helped greatly but I do not think long term is necessary once you have your systems saturated and levels built up.
