Hi Atuman and welcome. I am sorry that you are feeling uncomfortable with people at the moment. This is a fairly common form of aniexty known as social anxiety, and can range from shyness, to being unable to socialize with out extreme discomfort.
There is help in the form of therapy for this. You can get a referral from your doctor, or if that's not possible, check out our Anxiety Resouce Guide. We have links to two free on-line sites that can help you through this tough time.
Also keep talking here with us, as you gain confidence, you can add more face to face social interactions back into your routine. Try to remember that a good listener is a great friend...you don't always have to be the talker. An observer/listener is often the coolest person in the group:)
