I have not been upnorth to the cabin all summer with my MIL sick and then dying so we are finally going up this weekend.  Ah for some peace and quiet.

I will be back online Monday but I just wanted to wish you all well and if your on the East Coast my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Bon Voyage!!! Have a much deserved rest with your hubby...enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings, and let your mind/body/spirit relax:)

Thanks SC and Ben,  I am back but I suspect I was not missed.  The week-end was OK.  My anxiety was trying to kick into high gear ............ I am tired, very tired of all of this Anxiety/Depression crap. I feel lost and alone way to often. 27 years of battling these problems !

Oh yes you were  missed!  Things have just been oddly quiet around here with everybody...

I am sorry that the weekend was not all that it should have been for you...I hate when something that I've looked forward to doesn't live up to my expectations...dissapointment is one of my least favorite things shakehead

I hope that the cloud lightens and fades off into the sunset soon, and that you are starting to feel better just from being home.

Keep up the good fight, this yucky stuff will not last

Hi Kitt

Yes you were missed you are a brilliant moderator and help so many of the members here. Sorry that your anxiety/depression has been giving you problems it is very draining when you are feeling continuously anxious or depressed. We are always here for you Kitt so do post and we can help you through.
