Hi Chrissy and welcome! A couple of questions just to clarify things...do you have anxiety issues? Vision disturbances can be attributed to anxiety for sure. Also, have you had a recent check-up and eye exam? If you have, and all examinations come back as normal (blood pressure, bloood glucose, plus whatever the opthamologist tests for) then you can probably be sure that it is stress causing this symptom, and start treatment for that.
I have the floaters and bright spots occasionally, but made sure to rule out any physical cause with my doctor. Once that was done, I realized that it was just another thing that would pop up with my stress levels.
When I have these 'reminders' I up my relaxation coping mechanisms such as breathing exercises and quiet meditation, exercise, ect...
If you need some good ideas on bringing down your over-all stress levels, we have some great links in our Anxiety Resource Guide (main page 3rd post down) I think that you will find them very helpful if practiced everyday:)
Let us know how you are doing soon, and post anytime,
