Are you on any medication for your anxiety? Do you experience the cold sensation only when you are feeling anxious? Maybe talk to your doctor and see whether treatment for your anxiety will help. Or see a counselor, or both. If the cold feeling does not go away you should give your doctor a call and see what they have to say.
But if you are an anxious person, then you should look into treatment for that as well. Do you intake a lot of caffeine? Coffee, soda, chocolate, all contribute to anxiety. You may feel loads better if you back off of those (although you may have some withdrawal for a short while, usually I just get a headache for a day or two when I try to stop it cold turkey - I was a soda/chocolate addict).
It's hard to say whether anxiety is causing it without knowing all of the details. You could also work on some relaxation techniques on your own (breathing techniques, meditation, journal writing, exercise, etc.) and see if that helps the cold sensation and your anxiety.
