went to ER tonight

dr said since i only had one panic attack after smoking fake ****
that it was a one time attack that i keep worrying about and told me stop the zoloft 50mg
that i didnt need it and just take the ativan
make sense to you guys
and after taking for 6 days will i have withdrawls

i went tonight because i was sick from the side effects i was having from zoloft
bathroom nausea , dizzyness with the 50mg
and he believed i did not need the zoloft since it was an attack after ************and that just thinkiing about that incident keeps making me sick
said i had more of a social anxiety disorder whatever that is and its only mild
and that ativan should work
so after only 6 days on zoloft will i have withdrawls or no?
another thing i do take dilantin for seizures and that goes in blood stream too and said they maybe interferring

Did your primary doctor prescribe the zoloft for you? If so, I wouldn't stop taking it, just because another doctor told me to, until I talked my own doctor. That other doctor is just an ER physician, whereas your primary doctor knows more about you and your background. There may be other reasons your doctor put you on it. Just curious.... Fox

The worrying about it is probably why he put you on it. He might think you have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). You can look it up and see if any of the symptoms pertain to you. I would still talk to him about it first, but that's just me. :)
