Hi and welcome! I am sorry that you are dealing with anxiety and sleep problems right now. I know how that feels. Anxiety is hard enough, but then to have your sleep comprimised is just adding to the problem:(
Are you looking into any therapy to help you to deal with the anxiety? I can certainly recommend it, especially if the anxiety is disrupting your life to the point of not being able to do all that you want and need to do. You will learn techniques and tools to help you to deal with the disorder and it's symptoms. You may want to ask your parents about making an appointment with your dr., and getting a referral to a therapist who offers CBT. (a great therapy in treating anxiety/panic)
In the meantime, we have a great Anxiety Resource Guide on our main page. (3rd post down) It is full of self-help techniques such as breathing and relaxations exercises. Check out the links and give them a try for awhile and see if you have improvement:)
