Anxiety doesn't have to make sense...don't worry, we totally feel you, we have all been there! When I am having a rough day anxiety-wise, even the simplest things become intimidating and challenging. I notice that some tasks, situations, and interactions that normally wouldn't bother me, scare me to death. So I understand the fear of solitare!...sometimes I have to avoid stimulus like the t.v., ect.
I hope that you have a great therapy session. It is a good idea to get it all out there, and let your therapist help you to work through your anxious/negative/fearful thoughts.
Keep posting here with us as well. I wish you the best, and have a feeling that you will be feeling better when you get back from your appointment:)
