Hello all, I agree wholehearted, I get panic attacks but not like a lot of serious panic attacks, but I know the feeling when you cant breathe and you think you will die. I have faced most of my fears and get much less panic attacks. Also i have learned to recognise behaviour in myself that will cause me distress. An example is a new activity at work, if I chose to avoid learning it I will certainly set myself up for panic attacks. Instead face the challenges, learn the job, then you will know you can do it and feel relaxed and confident. My main issue is depression, this unfortunately for me I have no simple answer but I learned alot from my psychologist about anxiety.
