Anxious about socializing today

I am going to 2 social functions today with family, and I feel anxious. I haven't been around people a lot lately, and I know I will probably be fine (I actually have good social skills), but sitting here not doing anything but waiting, I am feeling anxious. Just needed to say that, so I'm not pretending everything's fine.

It will probably be fun today but I don't like the waiting around.
