Hello fellow Panic Attack folks!
This is my first post; I am looking to see if there is anyone on here that is trying to work through there issues without drugs? I am a panic attacker in my 11th year; I have been on Paxil for almost all of this time but working with my doctor to wean off due to major weight gain and tired of feeling blah blah blah. I took my last pill Sept 25th of this year. My problem has been more of the weaning process and withdrawal . I went through the normal body zaps, eye migraines, headaches, on and on. The problem now I am is I am seeing signs of panic attacks again also a withdrawal symptoms but it could very well be the return of panic attacks. Either case it is what it is; anyone else in the same boat with the withdrawal and trying to take a more holistic way of dealing with panic? If so, suggestions or ideas of how to deal with it?
