That's what I need to keep telling myself. I am trying to wean off zoloft and feeling some anxiety..little episodes. I dont really know if its the lack of drug thats making me feel like this or just in my head. Best of luck to you. Its such a battle dealing w this and nobody gets it unless experienced.

I deff get what you are saying. The 10th will be my first.day going on meds. I am a bit nervous. But I know ill be okay. Im happy I found this site. To be able to talk to others about this. Like you said no one can understand unless they have gone threw it. Best of luck to you (: If you ever need to chat im here (:
