Hello everyone. Im currently experiencing massive panic attacks, usually for a third of my day, in constant fear of sudden cardiac arrest. This all started when nothing happened..I checked my pulse one day after exercising, and accidently places my fingers on my collar bone for about half a second, before moving them to the correct place, and things were normal.
I then spent 14 months and going in massive, destructive panic attacks. Im having major trouble with a couple symptoms, of which I have given names: The Anticlimax and the Temporal Anomaly. The temporal one is when I'm in a long lasting panic of the most severe sort; I will move a limb and get dizzy, or get dizzy then move a limb. The dizziness seems to come only when I'm really gong to attempt to move that part, in which case the dizzy preceeds the action ever so slightly. So that leaves me very confused.
The second is a more..interesting one. I use the term "Anticlimax" to describe a number of things. The idea is that when a panic attack ends, it does so with far less fanfare than when it began -- you never notice panic attack being gone, it just suddenly isnt on your mind. During these physical states, I also tend to have problems feeling an ultimate accomplishment. Yawns seem to fail, like I cant do it right. Sneezes too. like they were unfinished. It also occurs, yes, with the usual climax cause. it simply fails to manifest.
Therres..so much more but I just wanted to get the two most bizarre out there first. ill talk about the never ending pain never time, but for now, this should suffice! I hope we'll all be able to help each other here, as helping others is one of the few things to calm me down.
