How you feeling now ? SC is right about your pulse being at the low end of normal. I know that feeling of "oh No, what is wrong?" Try not to let your thoughts run away with you. Also let out the tears of frustration and fear and then take a deep breath and walk right through the anxiety.
Do check in with your Dr. or the triage nurse if you feel sympotomatic when your pules is in the 59 range.
