Ativan Or Xanax

Honestly, it depends on the person. Everyone reacts differently to medications. If you don't feel that the Ativan is helping you, or if it is making you feel lightheaded, ask your doc if you can try the xanax. You never know until you try....

I personally prefer xanax over ativan, but again, it's a choice you must make with your doctor as to whether you want to switch or not. In my experience there's really not that much of a difference in the way they acted on my anxiety, but the Ativan made me feel kind of hung over the next day.
