Yes, today is "Take 2" and today you will get some much wanted answers. I am sorry you had a lousy night but not surprised. On top of your other worries being put off yet one more day pushed your anxiety into higher gear, IMHO. Let go of last night, put it behind you as you plan for today.
Remember your mind is playing tricks on you and convincing you that you most likely have a dreaded disease. Stop this "stinkin thinkin" by telling yourself that you are okay, you are normal, and you are working on building a stronger, more confident self then ever before. This bump in the road is making you stronger as you have to continue to fight against giving in to the anxiety.
Focus your energy on the "here and now"; don't let your mind wander off into the future by trying to guess what "might" be wrong with you.
Try repeating this today and aim for repeating it 15 times in a row:
"I will not entertain "what if" thinking unless it is positive and encouraging for me"
