Welcome! I'm new here too and also have agoraphobia. I have been able to deal with it by doing little things that make me feel more comfortable(like taking some medication ahead of leaving the house, driving my own vehicle, knowing where I'm going, taking a bottle of water with me, not eating right before I go somewhere, things like that). But today I had a horrible one(one of many lately) and knew this would be the one to paralyze me. But maybe it won't. Panic attacks are scary. They say you gain strength from going through hard things but I'm not sure what strength I'm gaining yet.
