I can eliminate almost all of my symptoms most of the time by practicing the breathing techniques. If you think about it, breathing is so essential...when done improperly, like hyperventililating during anxious times, all of the body's systems can get out of harmony, and the wide range of symptoms will take over. Breathing well, and getting the PH of the oxygenated blood back into balance, reverses the ill effects!
