Hello Joy,Welcome to HealingWell. I am not a Dr. but it does look as if your Dr's. have done many tests and have not found anything serious going on with you. You mentioned you have been on medication for about 6 days and are feeling better. I am not familiar with the meds you are on but feeling 80% better is very promising.
Accepting that you have anxiety and panic attacks will help you in beginning to learn how to deal with the symptoms of GAD. Facing your anxiety and accepting it in all it's forms, whether continual physical symptoms or the occasional panic attacks, is the only true way of getting better. That means that when you feel a panic attack coming on, no matter where you are, allow it to come without fighting it in any way. And the crazy thing is that if you fully accept whatever symptoms come your way without fighting them, they never get as bad as when you are trying to fight them off.
It does take time to recover, and lots of practice, but if you learn to accept your anxiety for what it is, you will find that you have anxiety, anxiety does not have you.
