Great advice from andwes! I will just add one other thing that I have found helpful for me...a positive mantra.:)
When I am worried about health issues, and/or feeling sick or just symptomatic with anxiety, I repeat these kind of phrases over and over to calm myself down.
'I am okay, it is only fear and anxiety making me feel this way.'
'I will be allright...I have felt this way before, and come through it just fine.'
I am sure that your body and mind are depleted from being sick...and that just gives the anxiety more of a foothold. Another day or so, and you will be feeling all better, I am sure. Just eat small, bland, easy to digest meals for now, and you will be okay.:)
