I am sorry that you are not feeling so great ATM...you will prevail!...They don't call you Kick-Butt-Kitt for naught!;)

Take the time that you need, and know that we are here for you when you are ready and able to come back!

Good Morning and thank you my great co-mods.  I increased my dose of Zoloft yesterday and now I need to stay in the moment and know that it may be a rough ride as my body adjusts so I will cut myself some slack and not beat myself up.

Aaahhhhh  that sounds so simple.  redface

Love to you both, you are so very special to me and I am thankful for having your both in my life.

Kitt, It is very common to have a bit more anxiety when increasing the dosage of your Zoloft, trust me LOL! Hang in there sweetie! I'm sorry I haven't been on to know that you weren't feeling well, I have not been feeling so great myself. I do hope you feel somewhat better now. What is the dosage you increased to?
