Hi cln, and welcome back:)
I am sorry that you are having some more of the same issues as before.:( I do remember you, and although I am sad to hear that the anxiety has returned...I am glad that you have checked in with us again.
Anxiety and depression are a chronic battle, and when the oppurtunity presents itself...they are sneaky, and will find a way into our lives to bother us again!
Like you mentioned, your stress levels are up due to a full schedule, and sometimes that all it takes to give the anxiety an opening...the good news though is that you had it under control before, and it can be done again.
Management is key. You are back on medication, and it will start to level off soon. You can and may need to up the dose...but you and your doctor will need to work that out of course.
You can/should also revisit your lessons from therapy. Go through your old notes and worksheets...also we now have CBT worksheet downloads in our Resource Guide that you may want to give a try! Use the coping mechanisms that you learned previously and double up on the breathing and relaxation exercises...they should really help with the anxious feelings and symptoms.
You can get back to a place of feeling good again, don't despair. Between your meds, reviewing therapy coping skills and talking with us, I am sure that you will get over this bump in the road.:)
Keep posting, and know that we are here to help and support you through this!
