First let me start by saying that I hope everyone is having a good morning and will continue to have a good day!
I woke up this morning feeling great, and for some reason, I felt like I forced myself to ask why I wasn't so anxious. It was by asking that I suddenly felt anxious, and now very depersonalized, and I can't seem to shake the feeling. This is so scary and it's like I'm on the verge of an anxiety attack again. Breathing doesn't seem to be working; the anxiety just lingers.
For those of you who often deal with depersonalization, what are some methods you use to cope?
