Weaned off of my medication and no period.

In the beginning of March, I began to wean off of my Lexapro 10mg (the safe way, of course) and now I am completely off of it. I did notice, however, that my last period was around February 20th. It's already April 5th and I completely missed March's cycle. Could this be a result of the medication?

Also, I did engage in unprotected intercourse on the 23rd and 24th of March. However, my period was supposed to start prior to then so I am (kind of) thinking that it is not pregnancy.

Has anyone else experienced this? And, what should I do?

I have not heard of weaning off of medications (other than birth control) to affect the cycle, but stress and anxiety can. So can weight loss or increase in exercise.

Also some hormonal issues, though fairly rare, could be the cause...but of course the most obvious reason would be pregnancy. so I would get a test as soon as possible.

I haven't missed a period but when I went back on Zoloft a couple of months ago I did get it early (about 10 days early) I'm pretty regular so it was unusual for me. SC is right about the pregnancy test. It's better to be sure.
