I am sorry to hear that your anxiety is ramping up at the moment. It is understandable, as health problems can bring on, or make anxiety worse.
Since you have a new situation regarding your health, is is normal to have increased stress over it...and consequently your coping mechanisms are not as effective as normal. It may help to add some new ones to your arsenal...so why not take a look in our Anxiety-Panic Resources. (main page, 2nd post) It is full of instructional links to breating and relaxation exercises that may help you to deal with this new circumstance.
