Here & just posted about my problems but for got to put a subject at the top & now I can't find my post. Do I have to write it all again. It's under Sally19 but I signed it with my real name Deirdre. Sorry if I've done it all wrong but I'm very confused at the minute.

The moderator (Kitt) gave your post a title. I just saw it so it's there! The title is "2 dogs and 9 cats, anxiety and depression - I knew that would catch your eye !"

Hi SJennings45, Thanks for letting me know. I'm sitting here in bits so I hope someone will reply to me soon. Just realised I'm in UK so the time difference might not help me get a reply tonight. It 's a very good title but I hope people don't think I'm being funny as I seriously need some help & advice. Deirdre

If the Mods see a thread without a title we will put a title in for you and usually include your name in the title line or a hint that your will recognized it is your thread.  cool

I hope your day today was better for you and that you will respond to some of the posted ideas we have shared with you.  Sometimes it helps to play your options and thought off of other members. Keep on talking with us.

Hi stkitt,

I did a quick reply to yourself & mike619er last night I do hope you both got it. I thought that the title you gave me was spot on. I stayed in bed again all day but had a nice relaxing bath & washed my hair this evening & am making sure I get up in the morning. Laying in bed won't help me get better that much I do know.

Thank You again for your support & I will let you know what happens at the Docs on Monday. I've been reading through the posts & I know I'm not on my own. I'm more into Dog & Cat forums & all my lot eat better than I do but I'm no good to them unless I work on myself. All the best, Sally
