Many are surprised to find out that you don't have to feel stressed or be anxious to have a panic attack, so you don't have to feel stressed to feel anxiety as well.
The key is not to worry if and when you may feel anxious, but how to roll with it and let it pass without trying to control it in any way. When anxious it is good to find a diversion...something you like to do or busy work....maybe just relax best you can to a good movie. Different things work for different people.
