Feeling down

Early good morning to you guys. Well I have had a very difficult day to say the least. Well the night before I did not get enough sleep, because I stayed up watching Braxton Family values, just wanted to think of anything other than myself and worries. When I got up in the morning I was alright and later in the day started feeling anxious. It was like I could not shake it off. I spoke to my aunt who lives in Maryland and I felt better for a bit but yet I just could not bring myself to shake off this feeling. I am hoping for a better day in the next couple hours.
I am drifting from the topic at hand. I think we should have at least a chat room, so if we do need to just talk with someone at anytime. But I was # juss saying#.

Yes, we have a chat feature with a room for each of our forums! I don't go in much, but I know many members are active in them...and we have some people who chat exclusively and don't ever post.

If you don't find someone in the A/P room...you can go into the other rooms and ask if you can join in on the discussion, as sometimes there is only one room with people in it...or if you prefer to keep the topic A/P related only, you can sign in and wait.

I don't know how active our room is ATM to tell you the truth, but give it a try.:)
