I am now able to manage my anxiety with medication and therapy apart from depersonalization and general drowsiness (due to meds I guess).
But now I have a new symptom which is not a classic anxiety symptom which hard stool due to constipation .
Although I have 2 bowel movements a day .
Has anybody else exp this?

Usually, it is the opposite effect...people with anxiety often have trouble with 'D' when under stress and/or experiencing panic.
First of all you can check and see if this is a side-effect of any of your medications. Constipation is often caused by a med, so read your lables, or on-line information reagarding s/e's.
The best, most natural thing that you could try at home is fiber and water. (remember that when adding fiber to your diet, it is only effective if you also increase your water intake along with it!) Adding wheat bran, flax seeds, or psyllium to your cereal, smoothies, yogurt, salads, ect. can really help. Of course also increasing fresh fruits and vegetables is always helpful too! Follow that with lots of water...8, 8oz glasses a day or more should make a difference.
If you are still having trouble, ask your doctor about
Colace. It is a natural stool softener (not a laxative!) that is gentle to the system, and won't cause cramping or 'emergency' situations like a laxative might.
I hope that this helps and that your system gets back to normal soon.:)

Thanks for the reply will surely take up this with my doc in the next visit. All I am eating these days is fresh fruits and vegetables and lots and lots of water though.
