Oh Teeram, no wonder you are experiencing anxiety and symptoms! You are going through quite a lot right now.
You are of course feeling many emotions regarding your divorce, and having to have your kids in the care of others, while you are working...these are all new situations that you are trying to navigate through, while holding down a new job!...I would be suprised if you weren't stressed, and I would even go as far as to say that this is completely normal for you to feel this way.
That is not to say that you shouldn't try to releive yourself of the anxiety and symptoms...but don't be dismayed at what you are feeling and experiencing at the moment...anybody would be.
When I get dizziness as an anxiety symtom, I find that breathing exercises really help reverse this symptom. Try doing them twice a day for 10 minutes...and even more when you are having persistent dizziness. It should help.
When you have time to yourself (Lol, I know!) focus on doing something just for you that you enjoy. Take care of your needs and do what you need to do to relax and be happy!
