panicked at work ugh

ok i took 2 b12 sublingual tablets this morning cause my nose spray is out.  now i have like a chill sensation on the left side of my body only - weird.  it's off and on.  i also had a cup of coffee - supposed to be decaf though.  anyone else experience this?  we also went intot he conf. room at work for a wedding shower and this does give me social anxiety but weird.  it's overa nd it's still there. 

sucks!!!

Remember that we anxiety sufferers tend to have a 'red alert' reaction to every new or weird body sensation that comes our way.

Our bodies are organic things, subject to the occasional unexplained glitch in any system...like heating and cooling... this could be related to your tablet, or hormones, or weather...who knows!

Try to think like a non-anxious person and just shrug this feeling off as 'just one of those things' I bet once the focus is off of it, it will disappear.:)

thank you s.c.   i <3 you for your quick response and always being there :) 

i did call my doc and request a b12 and thyroid blood test today.  haha  but i have only had it tested once since i startedt he nose spray  if you read online at the site for the spray, it says to test it periodically to see if it continues to work.  and i want him to test it when i start the tablets and a month or so after to see if it is working as well as the nasal spray. 

you are probably right.  and i know this but my body won't listen to me.  ahah  and amazing how my klonopin isn't doing much for it and the last time i took it at work it made me feel like i was drunk.  ha 

i also have a date tonight.  maybe my body is telling me not to go.  haha  i hate dating.

Well hopefully you will find that all is fine, and that you are no longer anemic when you get your test results, and that your thyroid will be in range as well.

I am sorry that you aren't more excited to go on your date...if it doesn't feel right, then don't feel bad about cancelling...but if he seems like a nice guy...and you want to go, I hope that you feel well enough to go and have fun.:)
