Many medications can cause side effects. A side effect is an unwanted response to a medication when it is taken in normal doses. Side effects can be mild or severe, temporary or permanent.
If you are concerned about side effects, discuss the risks and benefits of this medication with your doctor. Sometimes what has worked for me is to slowly increase the dose - instead of increasing the dose now, I would talk with your Dr. about waiting until you are no longer feeling dizzy.
Try not to take your BP and just go about your daily life while at the same time practicing some of the ideas that you will find in our resources. Here are links to a few:

Trust that you will get better and keep working with your therapist. If cost is a problem for you perhaps you can check and see if you could get a reduce cost for therapy.
