Hopeful,Tough question and I agree with SC, asking your Dr. is your best source. Everyone responds to drugs differently. The way a person responds to a drug is
affected by many factors, including genetic makeup, age, body size, the use of
other drugs and dietary supplements (such as medicinal herbs )—
the consumption of food (including beverages), the presence of diseases (such as
kidney or liver disease), and the development of tolerance and
resistance.
I seem to have a high tolerance to some drugs and other ones I am resistant to. Makes it difficulty in find medications that work for me for what my Dr. is treating.
Good Luck,
Kitt
