I am so sorry that you are feeling anxiety about your upcoming trip. I understand completely as we just went on vacation, and I had some, uh, digestive issues because of the same types of worries...all due to anxiety.
All in all the trip was great, but I could have done without the symptoms that hit my stomach...
Try envisioning a positive outlook, with everything going well, and all of your loved ones being just fine while you are away.
When troublesome thoughts pop into your head, gently tell yourself:
"It's not time to worry about that right now." and continue to enjoy your trip.
Practice your breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises now, and throughout your vacation...they really help.:)
I am sure that once you get there that you will have a great time.:)
